Mingle Passports is a travel platform that connects travel influencers with individuals or groups looking for curated travel experiences. We facilitate bookings, provide travel planning tools, and serve as a marketplace where influencers and travelers can interact.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old (or using the platform with the consent of a legal guardian).
You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Services We Provide

Discover and connect with verified travel influencers.
Book travel experiences hosted or led by influencers.
Access travel itineraries, group trips, and community-based travel plans.
Communicate with influencers and fellow travelers.

Mingle Passports acts as a facilitator and is not a direct provider of transportation, accommodation, or tour operations unless explicitly stated.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration or booking.
Respect all participants and hosts during travel experiences.
Comply with local laws and regulations during trips.
Refrain from using our platform for unlawful or inappropriate activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Influencer Conduct

Travel influencers on our platform agree to:

Provide genuine experiences and accurate descriptions of trips.
Communicate clearly with travelers regarding schedules, expectations, and costs.
Ensure all activities comply with local laws and safety guidelines.

Mingle Passports is not liable for individual influencer behavior but encourages users to report misconduct.

6. Payments and Refunds

To confirm your reservation, a 15–20% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30–45 days prior to the trip start date.

Failure to complete the full payment within this period will result in cancellation of your booking, and the advance payment will be non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Within 72 hours of booking: Full refund of the advance payment, no cancellation fee.
After 72 hours of booking: Advance payment becomes non-refundable.
Less than 30 days before the trip start date: No refund will be issued for the full trip payment.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes in your travel plans.

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Mingle Passports is not responsible for refund delays caused by payment processors or banks.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we vet our influencers and strive to provide safe experiences, Mingle Passports is not responsible for:

Injuries, losses, or damages incurred during a trip.
Acts of nature, strikes, or government actions affecting travel.
Service failures by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels).

You participate in trips at your own risk and are responsible for securing appropriate travel insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, designs, and trip materials, are owned by Mingle Passports or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms or harming the community. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
