Adventure Schedule

Day 1: Scenic Drive to Mestia (5-hour drive from Kutaisi)
Begin journey, with scenic stops at dams, waterfalls, and panoramic viewpoints of Caucasus mountain range. Savor local lunch upon arrival, followed by a visit to the Margiani family house-museum for a glimpse into Svaneti’s rich cultural heritage. Free time in the evening to explore Mestia at your own pace.

Day 2: Off-Road to Ushguli (1.5-hour drive from Mestia)
Embark on an off-road adventure to Ushguli, stopping by the Tower of Love—a symbol of forbidden romance. Discover Ushguli with its ancient towers and centuries-old churches nestled in the high Caucasus. Later in the evening, enjoy a scenic 5-hour drive to Batumi, soaking in breathtaking valley views along the way.

Day 3 & 4: Batumi Highlights & Mtirala Nature Escape

Day 3 highlight includes:
Discover Batumi’s gems with visits to Europe Square, Piazza Square, the Statue of Medea, and the Church of St. Nicholas. Stroll through the Batumi Port to see the moving statue of Ali & Nino, then visit the Alphabet Tower and enjoy the dancing fountains. Stop by the Drama Theatre and the Statue of Neptune before a relaxing lunch.
Later, venture into Mtirala National Park, where a short cable car ride and 3 km hike lead you to a refreshing waterfall—perfect for a swim.

Day 4 highlight includes:
Begin the day with a drive to the village of Makhuntseti, known for its natural beauty. Visit the Adjaristskali River reservoir, then marvel at the highest waterfall in Georgia -  Makhuntseti Waterfall. Continue to Mirveti Waterfall, reached by crossing a hanging bridge and walking through a village. For lunch, head to a local family restaurant in the Matchakhela Valley to enjoy food, wine, and a folklore show.
Free time in the evening to explore Batumi at your own pace for both days.

Day 5: Canyon & Cave Wonders of Martvili (3-hour drive from Batumi)
Begin with a boat ride through Martvili Canyon, surrounded by waterfalls. Then explore the Okatse Canyon via skywalks and hanging bridges along a scenic 6 km trek—or take an off-road taxi. After lunch, descend into the breathtaking Prometheus Cave, stretching 1.4 km and lying 80 meters underground. Visit the romantic Hall of Love and enjoy an optional underground boat ride inside the cave. In the evening, drive 1 hour back to Kutaisi.

Day 6: Culture, City & Wine in Kutaisi
Visit Bagrati Cathedral (11th century), Gelati Monastery with its three historic churches, and Motsameta Monastery, tied to the story of brothers David and Constantine. Take a walking tour of Kutaisi, stopping at the Park of Love, Green Bazaar, and Golden Marquee Palace. Head towards Baia’s Wine (a local family owned winery) —for a vineyard tour, wine tasting (local favorites like Chacha, Ojaleshi, and Krakhuna), and homemade lunch .
Free evening in Kutaisi to enjoy at your own pace.
